When can I expect to receive my order?

In-stock items will ship in 5 business days or less from time of purchase. Out-of-stock items are made-to-order, and will ship within 2 weeks from time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, one of our customer service representatives will contact you regarding a ship date.


Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging). Unworn, undamaged garments can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days as long as the original tags are still attached and bras still have their original padding. Tights, gloves, stockings, and headpieces are not returnable once opened from original packaging. Shipping fees will be charged on all exchanges. Once we receive your return, you will receive a coupon code good for the amount of your returned items.

Please make sure to get a tracking number from your shipping carrier to ensure that we receive your return or exchange. Your new garments will not be sent out until we receive your return, unless otherwise specified. Shipping fees will not be credited unless we made a shipping error. All items returned will be given store credit for the purchase price. Returns/exchanges are treated as new orders, so please allow time for processing and shipping.

International customers. FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, PLEASE NOTE: CURRENTLY, OUR WEBSITE DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO CALCULATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL WITH SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS. Additionally, you are responsible for duties or taxes that may be imposed by your local customs officials. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties and the cost of returning the package to Los Angeles. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

Lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the mail carrier. However, if you experience a problem, please feel free to contact us.
